hello does anyone know if taking out ur bellmouth inside ur inlet manifold changes ur fuel economy?

Shouldnt make a difference. Idle will be a bit rougher though, the bellmouth is designed to spread air flow more evenly across the cylinders and give a smoother idle after the rough VN S1 engine.

I took my bellmouth out, and noticed no difference to fuel economy, some difference to throttle response, and marginal difference to the idle. It's a commodore anyway, try and forget about fuel and just enjoy it ^^

i barely notice any difference in idle, but slightly better throttle response. However i did a bit of a service at the same time, so that might change things
