Best CAI for VE SS (keeping MAF and no tune)?

I have just decided to go with vcm otr, retain maf with tune and my guy recommended a cooler thermostat and recal the thermo fans and recal the auto box to suit new power and throttle response. My reason for retaining maf is here in melbourne we have 40 degree temps one week and 10 degree temps another, retaining the maf will give me better drivability. All up this is gonna cost me $1500-$1600 depending upon waiting for a price on otr as its their latest release version, bit different to the orrsom model

Installation is the same for the SS and G8.

I was just wondering because the G8 bonnet looks different and the Roto-Fab has a open top airbox which seals against bonnet - so if it's designed for G8 bonnet I thought on a VE it may not seal properly.

Just want to be sure as if I get it shipped from US I'm stuck with it.

Yeah gotcha now, I'm not really familiar with the Roto-Fab CAI. I thought you meant the more popular OTRs.

Harrop CAI the most OE looking CAI i have seen ,requires no cutting or drilling for fitment and comes with OE looking infill panel that goes on top of radiator .

I still like the look of the Roto-Fab and the price seems good also (approx. $200 cheaper than the harrop).

I picked my Harrop up last month on special for $550 whats the price of the Roto-Fab?

I've gotta Orrosm OTR with MAF + tune.
without a tune it was oushing around 220kw at wheels.
after tune it peaked at 240.5kw atw. and good fuel usage too
