Cheese is all the same to me, the best is the cheese on toasted cheese and ham Sandwich, i believe its called cheese slices give it a shot =P

I should really start exploring the world of food ay' lolol

just remember to take baby steps mate lol, try toasting your sangas in a george foreman grill theyre quite nice that way

back on topic ther's a white goat's cheese that's really salty and taste's awesome but it's name has escaped my memory :(

Personally a Brie fan, but Mozzarella for the everyday things, the meltage is lovely. Think it comes from loving pizza so much

Yeah, brie is nice,

anyone ever tried riccotta? (dunno bout the spelling) it's itallian, most italian delis would probs have it.

But yeah, for everyday things like sandwiches etc I just have either coon cheese type cheese or cheese slices.
