Better Economy with Air-con On

About a week ago my vy started to loose power and drive like i had the A/C on with it off eg accelerating slower using more revs/fuel, inst fuel up to 10/12l/100, crusing @ 80 it says that i am doing 8.5-10 L/100km in stead of 6-7l100 and 60 is coming in at 10-12l/100 all up seems to be using 10%-20% more fuel as says inst gauge

Then yesterday i tried running it with the A/C on and it drove more like it used to eg crusing @ 80 doing 6-7l100 & @ 60 8 l100

the service sticker on the wind screen says 78,000 and it has done 78,6xx
