Hi everyone,
Just a heads up, unsure of how many of you visit gumtree.com.au
This guy contacted us in swapping the VL Berlina 253 for a immac VN BT1. It all sound legit, until the day i rang him and was on my way. Apparently his mate had wrapped it around a tree but he still had another vn there that was just as good if not even better than the BT1. So we decided to go down to have a look at this immac VN that he was boasting so much about.......... HOW WRONG WAS HE
All the modifactions that he stated that were on the BT1 are actually all the mods on this one, he never had a BT1 in the first place.
Upon inspection of the car, the motor has about 10 things wrong with it and is about to blow up!!!! needs new head lights, new bonnet, new bonnet latch, new bonnet cable, new windscreen, AN EXHAUST was straight out of the extractors with no cat on it. Needed a new radiator, had a leak from the top radiator hose.
The body was fair straight besides a few dents, manual is sloppy, needs new tyres and about 50 other billion things are wrong with this car. He also proceeded to flog the **** out of it in front of us when he was coming around the corner to meet us.
