Was going to say that doesnt look like its just a bit of dirt from the lack of mudflaps... or maybe it is just "dirt" that mysteriously found its way there.

Nah no fine.

It cost $90 for the inspection, 1x carton of beer to the exhaust guy who loaned me a stocker one, and then chucked the dumpers back on, and 1x carton and $100 to KP for putting fe2's all round and then the lovells back in Got kinda lucky with that one
