I've calculated that your port and driver will take up roughly 6 litres. Bringing your internal volume down to 2.4cu ft.

Using a 100mm port, it will need to be 218mm in length for a fq tune of 35hz.

Some one correct me if i'm wrong though, i don't want to give out false info...

Ok thanks mate! that will work out good because my box is only 300mm deep and my wood thickness is 32mm so i'll have 114mm from the end of the port to the back of my box. Joe told me that if i use a 100mm diametre port the end of the port needs to be atleast 100mm from the back wall of my box!
