Ok thanks mate, is there a way I can drive it so the mechanic with the caliper not bolted on? can I clamp it to something so it wont come loose for a trip?

I wouldn't risk it mate. If you have to hit the anchors for anything, the car will pull quite badly to the side. And if you have let air into the system, you could go to press the brakes and the pedal will sink to the floor. To much risk. And if you crash and the insurance companies find out what you were doing...........

Get it towed or call a mobile mechanic out.

No. Put it on a trailer.

If you crash and they find your caliper tied up/not connected if you kill anybody you will be in serious trouble.

For the ~$100 it will cost for a tow truck is it really worth possibly ending somebodies life over?

Pedders offers replacement calipers with/without pads, I,ve never used them so I wouldn't have a clue what they are like. Hoppers stoppers are down your way.
