I jacked my car up today to check a few things and while checking the brakes pads (which are still in good condition) it appears that they touch the disc. Is this normal?
It's the same for front and back. I can rotate the wheel but get a slight scrap/hiss noise.
Any ideas?

Thanks.

Chris.
