does anyone have the part number for that little **** around metal clip that the brake pads slot into on your front rotors. thanks guys

im trying to picture which metal clip your talking about, the metal cover that goes over the backing plate, the wear indicator,

na. in actual fact they arent meant to just fall out but mine did. at either end of the pad where that bit that sticks out is, those notches slide into the top and bottom of the caliper. but there is a little metal thingy that goes between the pad and the caliper. its only maybe 1-2 mm think and covered in brake dust so its hard to see.

Try any brake place, they would most likely give you a couple for nothing.
