Pub thought bubble. Even with a big cam/head work the SuperWagon won't get to be "a 500hp car".
Is it possible to get over naturally asspirated?

Depends on the dyno mate but I’d say it’s possible with a stroker kit, decent cam, heads all the usual fruit. Probably easier with high compression and e85

Is it possible, of course? It it cost effective and street friendly. Not exactly. In the drift scene down here there with a 404ci lS which does so NA. Would be on e85 as for memory the comp is 13-14:1

Looking at high comp stroker/cam/heads & manual territory...not exactly cheap or friendliest thing to drive.

Well I got 418 rwhp with cam otr and extractors deleted cats and rear mufflers but stuck with factory pipes and I’m a plumber by trade not a mechanic surely a set of pistons decked block bigger valves and heavily ported intake and exhaust and 3” exhaust you would be close

I reckon a place like street quick performance in WA would be able to do it. Like others have said ,depends on how deep both your pockets are!

Think I'll take advantage of GM motorsport's July offer on cam&heads (ported&decked) as a first step. Can't wait for a custom grind from PatG & Texas Speed, shame.

Aye buddy iv got 536 hp or 400 RWKW at the wheels mate 427 stroker NA ring lsx garage in vic mate ask for brett he built my motor gets 600kms outta a tank motors done 40000kms no problems oh and its like a mid cammed car to drive
