bubbling problem

can any one tell me why when i turn car of water bubbles and fills up over flow

The cooling system might be running under par.

Does the car overheat while you're driving it at all? Does the temperature gauge ever go up towards the top?

tempreture go;s all the way at idle when you start to drive it comes back down and has a new thermostat

Might need to look at the fan (or get one if you don't have one).

Also check that the water pump is working properly, and that none of the hoses are blocked or the radiator itself isn't clogged.

They are the basic things I would check first, but there's a mountain of stuff to sort through if they don't show any results.

Try a new radiator cap.
