[WA] Buying first ute

Have my choice down to two vehicles looking for advice
2010 Ve series 2 ssv redline ute one owner only 25k on the clock comes with twin hump hard cover in immaculate condition $26500 dealer won't budge

Or
2012 Ve ss series 2 thunder ute has 38k on the clock also in great condition soft tonneau cover has tow bar and redline mags $23000

Both are manuals can get a hard top for $2k
What are the main differences not fussed about the brembo brakes as I drive like a grandpa so the fe3 suspension versus fe2 shouldn't matter either

Honestly really depends on what your budget will allow, which one you prefer the looks of and more importantly what will you be using it for ? As in soft tonneau cover makes life much easier to move larger items however twin hump hard cover looks boss but is an absolute bitch to remove of you need to.
