hi, so ive tracked down a rebuilt rb25/30 to go in my vl, now the only thing im curious about is the pistons and rods, the ones in there are for a turbo setup so not enough compression so im thinking of putting a piston ive found which gived 9-1 compression and a set of arias forged rods rated up to 10000rpm, im thnking of running 7500-8000 rpm. is it a simple swap over of pistons and rods? or something else will need to be done? any help appreciated

ah i see. now clarify why you wouldnt fit a turbo to it

exactly what i was thinking, just turbo it, the motor is already built for it
