Calibration of speedo

Hi guys,

just trying to find some info on how to recalibrate my speedo in my vr v6 auto, i've recently put a set of 3.73:1 diff gears in her and the speedo is bout 17 - 19 klms out. and i need to find a way to fix it so i don't get any more speeding fines.

I'm down in Sydney and VDU in Silverwater re cal's all the Police vehicles for speed checks. If you contact VDU in Queensland they will have someone that does the Highway patrol car up their. If they Calibrate your speedo it comes with a certificate of calibration.

hey delcowizzid, wondering whether you could help me. I'm having trouble locating the correct wire in my car to splice the speedo corrector into on my manual VS V8. Maybe you can shed some light on this?

well i got my kit from jaycar after a week and a half of waiting for an over night bag. Australian Air Express i expected better from you. i'm mid way thought putting it together. will let you guys know how it turns out.
