need to know ASAP.
If you provided images of the suspension componants possibly.
P.S- Your mismatched rims look shocking. An don't get me started on the tail lights & garnish...
look under neath the rear wish bones an see if red nolothane bushes have been fitted and different bolts are there, if not take to ur local tyre shop and ask the wheel aligner to pop his head under and have a look
yeah the miss matched rims is a short term thing. the other 2 csa 15's are bald and the other 2 16's have 60psi in them with rubber hanging off everywhere on the back of a vn... just waiting to get them fixed... also the tail lights and garnish looks good IMO. also this is my car and not yours. everyone likes something that someone doesnt.
the only thing i dislike is the spoiler. which isnt to bad considering you don't see these ones on every second vt.
I have high doubts that you do have a camber kit considering the amount of Camber you have at those rear wheels.
ok no worries. so a Camber kit will reduce the Camber? i think my wheels will be to wide. therefore rub on the outer guard.?
Camber kit will not only bring the camber and toe back they will also raise the height.
so i may aswell buy lower springs while im at it.
will it hurt to leave it like it is now? except the tyre wear.?
We are looking at the same car aren't we?
That camber is very good for a lowered VT.
Why don't you look at your control arm bushes? Take some pics if you're not sure what to look for.
+1 for lights/garnish combo looking horrendous
Easy way to tell if it hasn't been covered; the inside edge of both rear tyres will be bald or going in that direction depending on how old they are.
What if it has a kit an it hasn't been adjusted properly???
not low enough to tell if it has a camber kit, doubt it does.
Time will tell, got a two point kit on mine and the suspension guy said no matter what he did he couldn't get the right rear to match the left spot on. Probably wouldn't be noticeable unless it was either really out or you had it lowered.
They're also illegal, you've painted over the reflectors.
Those lights have refectors in them.
Fairly sure he was referring to the Garnish.
I guarantee it doesnt already have a camber kit in it. Get lower springs then get the camber kit done.
I assumed he was talking about the garnish but the lights have refectors in them so it doesn't matter.
thanks everyone. im just going to ask the mechanic when he fixes the front left strut bearing. to have a look for me..
also there is nothing illegal about the tail lights and garnish.
