Can you replace a VT exec driver's seatbelt with a VX Berlina one?

I know seatbelts are notoriously fickle if you don't get them on just the right angle, so is there a difference between the driver's seatbelt in a VT Exec and a VX Berlina?
The Berlina has that slidey-upy-downy bit on the pillar to adjust the shoulder height, whereas the exec doesn't, does this make a difference?
Basically, can you take a driver's seatbelt from a VX Berlina and whack it straight in a VT Exec and everything will be fine?

I recently went through this. They have different part numbers.

I can’t for the life of me pick the difference.

If it’s the belt that is worn, they are easily replaced by licenced businesses that specialise in seatbelts. We have a couple here in Perth that also build saftey equipment as well as repair seat belts from planes, trucks, cars and things like forklifts.

It’s about $80 and you get to choose colour of the webbing. You get something that is better than factory.
