Cant sell anything?

Why can't I post a new thread in the for sale section? I've been a member for over 12months and I have had more then 15posts, it doesn't seem to change and has said 15post for the past 6months if not more.
So have I done something wrong?

try posting something in technical areas(your 15 posts are "counted" posts, which have to be made in technical areas), and dont just post crap to hit the 20 posts.
