Hi all, Need some help, Car has been flat Last few start's so Saturday it started with new battery , But other battery seems fine as well, Anyway Brought new one to try the process of elimination, connected newer battery it sparks at connectors fully charged in boot, Car is completely dead, Car only has power, So headlights, interior lights, dash, Only if I trickle charge the engine bay using the Holden Commodore VF HSV Genuine Positive Battery Terminal in bay with a battery or trickle charger, when I go to start the car it just ticks and nothing. Drove car yesterday running perfect, Came home went inside 10 min later Went to move into Garage and well here i am, Doing my head in, Any help or direction would be great, Thanks

Are you sure that you installed the new battery with the polarity the correct way around?

Yes. Your comment that "it sparks at the connectors" had me a bit worried. Sparks can mean electrical spikes that can damage electronics and fuses. Have you checked your fuses? Have you tried disconnecting the battery for five minutes or so and then reconnecting?
