VE Commodore Oil Catch Can Install - YouTube

Was watching this video and i was gunna get an orssom cai but i can see this guy was running into issues,

Considering i've drilled out my pcv i know it throws a fair bit of oil through that hose as i got a new hose and drilled/cleaned pcv and i don't want that oil leak issue he's having

Would you recommend a setup like this or would there be a more ideal way to go about it?

I was thinking of just cutting a section out of the original hose and running a hose over it hose clamping it and running that through a catch can then running it back to the right side bank breather hose

Use the search function. It been covered more times than the play list from a local pub band.
