why does a VE V6 high output engine suck through the oil filler cap and dipstick pipe, already found the pcv valve was drilled out but still sucks with new one?

there is vacuum to the crank case from the pcv system, having the pcv valve regulates the vacuum properly

Thanks 07GTS replaced the pcv and still a lot of vacuum.

The is supposed to be vacuum there. The vacuum is what pulls out the dirty crank case vapours.
Why are you so worried about vacuum,?

You don’t want vacuum there. You shouldn’t have it blowing out either.

Clean the PCV, make sure all your hoses are sealing. Make sure all your hoses are not blocked.
