Have just bought 4 x 18" B Boss Eleanor rims and tyres.
I am no looking at putting them on.
Want to know, what changes do I have to make when putting them on the car? as im currently sitting standard with 15's.
will the offset be off?
just need to workout if the whole swap will work

Shouldnt have to change anything if they are correct offset, stud pattern and hub size

All I noticed was a little adaptor ring that sits inside the rim, other than that they are fine and sit just fine on SL king springs

As said before they should fit fine if they made for commodores.
Remove and make sure the adapter ring fits snug inside the wheel and on the hub as it is used to centrally locate and take the weight of the wheels.
The tyre size is perfect for an 18" wheel and if the offset is correct you should not have any rubbing problems.
Std offset is 48P (european ET48) so anything between 45-48 should be ok.
