Gooday guys, hope everyone is well.

I’ve got my 2010 ssv Ute 6 speed manual, built motor turbo!

Today took it for a drive pulled into car wash, was waiting on idle for about ten mins and out of no where car switched off.

Obviously heat is a big issue with turbo ls which is why I left it running. First time it has turned off on idle.

In saying all this, check engine light came on again first time and couldn’t start it again.
I pushed it out of the way and got racv out, battery and alternator were good, he plugged diagnostic into it and fault codes P0102, p0336, p0502, p0036, p0056, p0336, basically saying all sensor codes.

Worst part is I got it towed home and even till now can not get it into reverse!
Check engine light came on as I drove into garage turned it off, and tried turning it on and started everytime without check engine light coming on.

It’s cooled down and starts straight away now but still no reverse.

Any ideas anyone?

so what happens when you try to select reverse
cant get it in to gear
clutch comes up and no movement

Crank Angle Sensor playing up is my guess.

I can get into 1st 3rd 5th and can’t go past it to get into reverse

0336 code is crank sensor prob getting hot from the headers so will need some fix for that

0036 and 0056 are 02 heater control codes each bank

0502 is speed sensor circuit, so if that is playing up it may be locking out reverse ?

0102 is a maf code but if ur mafless u need it so its a non issue that one have to keep it there
