Holden Performance Memcal

At ChipTorque we offer a Plug-in style Memcal chip for Holden Commodore VN – VT models and all L67 models. The Memcal chip replaces the factory unit in the vehicle’s Engine Control Unit (ECU). The ChipTorque performance Memcal is provided with tuning modifications to deliver increases in acceleration by improving and correcting ignition and fuel curves to deliver the best torque no matter what modification your vehicle has installed. Upgrading the factory ECU, as opposed to the use of an aftermarket ECU, means that all of the nice “factory” driveability is retained, particularly on light throttle and highway cruise, to deliver the best all round result in performance and economy.

Specialising in tunes to suit engine modifications such as camshaft, head porting, manifold or fuel injector upgrades, ChipTorque can customise your vehicle’s program to recalibrate transmission gear shift points (VR-VT only), cooling fan control and rev limiters to achieve the best power and torque. For VR – VT we can set up an automatic ECU and wiring loom to work with a manual transmission conversion and remove the vehicle speed sensor if necessary. Additionally we can accommodate the changes required for engine conversions including removal of the vehicle anti-theft system to bypass the body control module

Holden Custom Flash Tune

With 20 years’ experience in the Tuning Industry we also provide flash tune upgrades for the Gen III and Gen IV V8 model Commodores as well as up to 09/2007 Holden Alloytec vehicles, utilising VCM Suite tuning software. Each program is individually tailored to suit your vehicle’s modifications and all security and Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) data is retained.

For many vehicle’s this can be provided either by mail order or combined with a custom dyno tune. For mail order supply we require your ECU to be shipped to our Gold Coast premises. (LS3 & Alloytec not currently supported by mail order)

Supports Holden Commodore models with LS1, LS2, LS3 & up to 09/2007 Alloytec engines.
