Chrome door handles???

Wondering if there was a model that came with chrome handles??? all for of the handles have faded and i will get them respraied again.. I rekon the bit that lifts.. was crome would look nice.. Maby on a caprice or something they came out on???

there may be some after market ones floating around somewhere but as far as i know VN to VS there was no crome handles (this includes Statesmans and caprices"

Yeah.. I hav been thinking the same..
And my idea was to get Metal Door handles and Chrome them rather then Electroplate the Plastic ones

you can buy "satin chrome" door handles which we're released on some of the new monaros..but obviously you would have to custom cut the doors to fit them as they wont be the same style and shape as vn-vs door handles.
would be a bit figity but possible to do.

For interior on a VN-VS, yes they came in the VS SIII Caprice. Exterior, no.

Hmmmm, so would u be able to get the normal plastic ones chromed? Just the handle bit...

get vr-vs door handles as they are metal then they would be able to be cromed, the plastic ones can be cromed but it is a fair effort and i think it cost a fair bit more too
