Clear Coat gone crap

Hi, guys painting noob here. I have a banshee style vt bonnet that I attempted to paint yesterday.

But the clear coat seems very foggy in large patches. wondering if anyone could help me out and let me know what I have done wrong and how to fix it cheers.

foggy= sounds like bloom
painting when too cold

thanks, mate, sounds like I have to sand off the clear coat and re-apply the clear is that correct

Yep. You wont remove bloom, you have to remove the affected paint completely.
