Hi guys,
Im hoping someone can help me here, I have a VY Berlina that has been sitting since Feb/March in my garage and I went to try and start it today so I can work on it to sell and found the battery was flat.
I got my new car (Mitsubishi MQ Triton) and some jumper leads and hooked it all up, When I turned it over I came across this weird clicking sound (Vid hopefully attached)
Ive read it may be the starter or the alternator or something but I'm hoping someone could clarify this for me before I go wasting money on buying stuff.

Thanks in advance.

Video is private, cannot view.
Id say you don't have enough power to start it. If the battery is very dead jumping it won't be enough, as the dead battery is draining it too much. Maybe go get a cheap new battery and try. Or simply pull out the battery from then triton and test to confirm.
