Hi have just adjusted my adjustable coilovers on my 09 VE SSV and I have realised that even though I got the height right with the coilovers each side the, height was different after installing the wheels. I need to know what's happening???

The front right is like 6mm different to the left but I measured each side when I adjusted the coilovers and made sure they were the same. The rear is the same for some reason. I need a solution here as I haven't driven the car in ages.

Have you rolled the car back and forth to settle the suspension?

I haven't done that yet because it's a high performance big cammed 8 and would need to heat the oil up then take it for a drive. So you reckon it will settle even though it's higher on one side???

Could try pushing down on the bonnet a few times to compress the suspension that will help to settle it

6mm is within tolerance and you being in the car will drop it 6mm.
You need to drive the car before measurement.

Start it up and give it a run somewhere.

It needs to be used so it can settle.

Or, adjust the suspension by 6mm to level it out, but, it will most likely adjustments again when you do run the car.

Big cammed V8's need to stretch their legs, if not, it makes baby Jebus cry
