I brought a s pack vr ute, v8, 5sp with 146,000 on the clock about a month ago. Only paid $9750 for it but insurance company reckon its worth $13,500 because of the relatively low kms. Pretty ace condition in general, got one big ding on the tail gate and a scratch on passenger door, will cost $650 to fix. Also needs a new power steering pump and some new suspension bushes. So all up to get it in perfect nick will be a $11,000 car. Thats a stock standard however, don't know about sedans value but there were a couple of other utes advertised at the time at anywhere from $13,000 to $15,000, but they already had alloy wheels on them and maybe an ehaust too. An auto was a little cheaper, but then manuals are pretty rare from this generation I found.
