[NSW] Custom fab?

Hi guys, im sick of looking at my crap black radiator shroud and was wondering whether anyone would be interested in fabricating an aluminium/sheet metal one for me thats the same specs or similar as the OEM spec VY V6 one

Doesnt have to be polished or anything as i will take care of this myself, but im having a hard time finding someone that will make this bit up for me

I contacted just about all the companies that specialise in this that advertise in the S/C mag (lowe fab etc) and they all are "too busy" , wont give me a quote or wont get back to me

how much you willing to pay for it? i think you will find they are too busy because they would need to charge you 6-700 bucks. and most peoples response to that is "pffft, i can get it cheaper somewhere else" which would make the whole conversation a waste of time.

i would give it a shot, but you are in another state.

hmmm might be better off keeping the black one on there then

seems a bit pricey for a sheet of foldable ally

might see if i can buy some from work and use their folder to fold it up and have a crack at it

if it turns out sgit house ill keep the plastic one

Unfortunately unless you can get someone to do it for mates rates, your going to get torn a new one for one off fabrication.
