Hi guys was taking badges off me car just now and i thought what the hell and ripped the black moulds off the doors aswell.
Along the top behind the moulds is double sided tape to easy to get off just with water and a bit of elbow grease but along the bottom is a row of black stuff looks like sicaflex or sumthin like that.
Was wondering if anyone else had taken their moulds off and what they used to get the black gunk off :b:

Just a bit of cut and polish will do the trick, did for my old VT.Just hope your paint isnt a different colour under it all.

Yep Big_stretch is right,
the caramel wheel is the way to go. Nothing works better and it is only about $12 from a tool shop.
