DFI Connections to ECM

Can anyone help with identifying what each of the 4 wires, B5, B3, D4, D5 at ECM, between the ECM and the DFI are? I am after a pulsed output related to engine speed, accessable from inside the car.

There is a tacho signal which might be easier to use.

there is a brown wire single pin connector taped to the harness near the left hand strut tower, this is a tacho signal
