Maybe you're right, but if someone is selling their car they will have a 'bottom line' below which they will not sell (unless in an emergency etc). You come along and offer to buy at or above that 'bottom line' and its yours. Like I said before, you're probably right - it just depends on how you look at it. Maybe I should have added "generally speaking". Regards
