difference between dyno and standard tune?

whats the difference between a dyno tune and a standard tune, and whats involved...parts and other thing$$, how long should a good tune up take? can anyone recomand a good place for a tune and service around melbourne southeast, i need new leeds and sparks radiator flush.. might just get the whole lot done at once
