you don't need to do anything. The computer will reset after on its own after the battery has been disconnected for a short while.

Not a problem as the computer resets itself everytime the power source is removed form the vehicle. Just driving the car when the battery is placed back in for a distance to fully warm up will allow the oxygen sensor to adjust the computer accordingly (dont worry if runs a little rough at first). Also turn your A/C on for a while, then off to allow the computer to compensate for the extra load the compressor takes. Only other thing to reset is of course the radio so make sure you have the code!!!!!!!!!!!

After all that should be happy motoring again

when replacing a battery or just dissconnecting it and then reconnecting it rev it to 3000rpm for about 30 seconds and the iac should reset (No promises)

also to remove a battery or dissconnecting it always dissconnect the negative cable first then the positive

to put in a battery or reconnecting it always connect the positive cable first then the negative

As long as there is power in the battery the ECU will hold its settings. It would have to run completely flat.
