simple case of people behind the phone at the insurance company knowing nothing about cars.

when i got my vt i joined aami. and i asked for a cover letter till i could get the cheque to them. during this time i got my cover not and had a car accident. i rang them they said that they sent a quote and didnt send a cover note. they refused to help me and i ended up unisured with a hefty bill. but hey 20 bucks a week till about the year 3000 should fix them.
