These new tyres, i'm sure they are by Dunlop, seem to have an interesting idea, with their "Bubble" technology. In theory, when the tyre is hot, on dry roads, the bubbles interlock, making the tread block bigger, closing up the groove, and working well in the dry.
then when the tyre is cold on a wet road, the block size shrinks, (opens up), making a bigger groove, which then helps to pump the water out.
It all sounds good, and makes sense to me, but has anyone actually driven on a set yet?

Dragging up an old thread I started, but i've now hadthem on the rear for about 3 months, and they're getting fitted to the front, even as I type. Can still make them spin in the wet off the line, but I really need to give it some to do it, and have'nt had one accidental sideways slide in the wet, unlike the horrible toyo proxes i had originally.
So, yeah, i'm happy with them.
