These new tyres, i'm sure they are by Dunlop, seem to have an interesting idea, with their "Bubble" technology. In theory, when the tyre is hot, on dry roads, the bubbles interlock, making the tread block bigger, closing up the groove, and working well in the dry.
then when the tyre is cold on a wet road, the block size shrinks, (opens up), making a bigger groove, which then helps to pump the water out.
It all sounds good, and makes sense to me, but has anyone actually driven on a set yet?
