Electrical gremlins

Hi all,
I have a 92 vq statesman and i just changed the cluster bulbs to led bulbs and now ive plugged it back in the over speed and high temp light flash and i have no trip computer screen at all just the backlight and the right indicator doesnt light up on the cluster anymore and i have no dash lights whatsoever

Are they polarity sensitive bulbs?

Yes turned the bulb and the actual wedge on all 3 heaps of times and still no trip computer and flashing lights

Have you tested that the LEDs actually work?

Dimmer on full brightness. LEDs won't work with dimmer on darker.
