Long story short, the car wasnt driven for 3 weeks. All was fine.
Once driven again, it has a miss on cylinder 1 (areo force scan guages picked it up).

It starts fine from cold but after a good drive it cranks a little slow as if it has a flat battery.
I had a check engine light come on once when starting. Scanned... crank position sensor.

The problem is the miss.
If i drive normal it only happens when under load, at low and at high rpm. Also sounds different when wot.
Seems worse when warm.
Always just cylinder 1.
Im about to change the coil pack, plug and lead with a different cylinder to see if its related to plug/lead/coil.

Stuffed cps?
Valve issue?
Low comp?
Any other ideas?
Has anyone experienced this? Like a said, car sat for 3 weeks, once started has this issue.
Otherwise is perfect.

Any experience with this issue, thanks.

Pac dual valve springs haven't been changed for around 25,000kms could one of the dual springs broken and be causing this symptom?
