As everyone has said grab some extractors and cats. My 2.5" twin system was dead quiet running standard headers and cats - swapped them over and it sounded like a race car.

Didn't the OP say he already has extractors and cats?

I'd swap the front section for the hotdog setup, not sure if Hurricane do the hotdog front. I only ever use Manta. Never had a complaint on a V8 yet, everyone that has bought one has loved it.

See if you can get the mufflers cut off and hotdogs welded in. Keep the rear resonator though, it stops the drone.

Will definitely look into the hotdog replacement. As for keeping the rear resonator - I need to get one, the backfiring when gearing down is a bit much... Luckily my system can unbolt from the diff back, easy fix
