Exported a 2016 SS to UK

Hi all, a cupla quick questions:
- does my 2016 SS Black edition have a rear fog light fitted as standard? (can't find any mention of it in the owners manual, also no switches on dash anywhere that I can see)
- also anyone know if you can change the digital speedometer (in the middle of the instrument cluster) or the heads up display into MPH
Both these are required to pass the MOT (rego) - could be looking at major expenditure if not especially for the speedo etc

There are no rear fog lights on any model Commodore.
I would imagine changing the speedo is possible given the Commodore was exported to the USA but I don't know what modules would require changing.
