Extractors question

Hi i have had a quick search but not fully getting the answer that i need i have a pair of (VS Pacemaker Extractors/ ??5039??) Don't know if they are Auto one's but i was looking at putting them on my Vt Auto (both V6) now how hard would it be weld something in the extractor for that pipe that goes in on the passenger side ?

i would need to add a pipe on the exhaust manifold/Extractors which goes into the manifold which leads to a unit that connects to the inlet (not to sure what's it's called)

The egr pipe on the passengers side that runs up to a unit on the head the connects to the inlet

The VS extractors won't fit the VT anyway, so don't bother.
