fastening a plastic hood scoop

i want to fasten a plastic bonnet scoop to my bonnet.
i am thinking of using sikaflex and them fastening it with bolts or rivets.
i'm a bit worried about drilling the scoop without cracking the plastic.
has anyone put one on their car and can you give me some ideas to fix it,thanks

if ya gonna put a scoop on a car, get it done professionally or it will look like a POS and people will laugh at you.

Use the money on something else, that's not a dig at you but scoops don't look good on modern cars at the moment.
