Hey guys, i can get my hands on a cheap set of fe2 suspension and i was wondering if its worth it or should i go for a better suspension setup? is fe2 good?

I have standard FE2 in mine, no bad comments thus far.

Yeah i was looking at getting fe2 aswell but wondering if it was much of a difference over standard suspension.

Its a firmer ride, but when it comes to handeling it makes all the difference!

just be careful if getting FE2 that you get it all...

FE2 is matched set of struts and springs and sway bars
with a lower ride height (down 25-30mm) and a stiffer ride
(different springs and bars)

hey guys, what could you expect to pay for a FE2 set-up?? i guess it will differ a bit depending on age etc, but just a ballpark figure???

i would also like to know how much they are and where to get them? and is it better than say pedders sportsryder suspension?

I just put FE2 springs and pedders comfort gas in mine vx exec and it rides like it is on rails and feels very firm on the road. I got my springs from ebay for about $70 and shocks for about $500

Or just get the HSV suspension kit from the Just Commodores online store. From memory they are about $500. You can get FE2 height or similar.
