Nitrate and poison ivy... puhlease!

Mica orange (whatever it was called) was the only way to go... failing that... Phantom is best!

Brakes will get done towards the end of the year.

Nav sucks big time, tried it out last night.. I got to the place i wanted to get to before i was able to plug it into the system....

lol poison ivy is the only way to roll in an sv6

nah gald your ahppy with it ... i have had mine going on nearly 1 yearand i love it ... except as mentioned brakes and a pillar ... i have always ghad a system so it was no surprise that the speakers were crap ... but i love it anyway ...

VE II SV6 - Alto Grey
Nahhh... you all need a bit of class and go Alto Grey..!!

Mines just over 3 months old, 6000k's and still just as happy as they day I drove it out of the dealers.

Yes, the satnav is a bit ordinary for the cost, but it does work.
Yes the A pillar creates a bit of a blind spot, but can live with it.
No complaints at all about the brakes...
Goes great, good fuel ecoonomy (8.6 to Bathurst and back) - Bathurst to Melb on one tank - only just!
Very comfortable - especially on country roads.
6 speed auto is really coool and smart as well
Leather trim I got is real nice
I did change the door speakers to improve the ordinary sound system - went with Polk DB651 speakers

About my only critcism is I have noticed a feint drumming or resonance at 95-100 on the freeway, but not there all the time.. Current solution is to drive faster!

VE Series II SV6
I'm finding it hard to find a seating position I am happy with :p
I've done about 6000kms and I'm still making adjustments.

A pillars are shocking. I'm still not used to having to bob around so much to take corners. I almost got into an accident turning left cos there was a car hiding behind my A pillar. As I turned, they kept going so were still hidden in that blindspot. It was only thanks to my mate int he passenger seat who pointed them out to me so I managed to brake in time.

Which brings me to the brakes....I'm sure they're fine. They just don't feel like they're up to the job.....but yeah, push come to shove, I'm sure they'll be ok.

Other than that, I love driving my SV6....in Voodoo ;)

I find seats flat and non supportive (this is series 1 SV6 though)

Brakes are very average and stereo could be better as well

Other than that I'm happy with mine...

Maybe ditch the spoiler as it blocks vision and put senator one when I can afford it

The plan is to get front SS seats, and slotted DBA rotors with good pads to improve these aspects

Not too fused about stereo at this stage

Iv had mine scince feb now & i have found that the build quality is very poor...

Just reminded me, I hate having to slam all of the doors to get them to shut, Does all Series 2 have this problem?

P.s I have the SS suspension & LSD option does it actually lower the car from Standard SV6 suspension.?

It Blue FTW
