I do, generally.

If you're female, then yes, I'll flash the lights.
If I like your car, then yes, I'll flash the lights.
If you're on your P's, then yes, I'll flash the lights.
If I know you, then yes, I'll flash the lights.
If you drive recklessly, speed like a dick, or are a ricer, then no, I won't.

over here in nz its illegel to warn on coming traffic and dat is y day invented radr decetors and jammers....lol but if i spot a holden ill fash but i double check to make sure its not a mufty

i always dip my lights at night or flash them during the day for other drivers.
ive been saved from a fine a few times by other people.

my mate got caught out the hard way - he flashed his lights and turns out that oncoming car was unmarked copper ( unmarked ute )! - he got pulled over and let off with a stern warning - lucky

i do it all the time, then again i grew up out west, everyone out there has respect, still to meet a city person that does, anyway i have always thought of it just as a good thing to do, after reading this thread alot of people seem to think it's criminal, well why was it made criminal? stopped revenue raising.

When they flash me it prepares me to flick it into N to rev it as I cruise by or drop it back to mash it past the cops! :yeah:

i tend to do if its a fellow p plater or a commodore , i never flash a ford , mean i know but im picky like that
