I want to paint my standard EXEC bars n skirts.
I only want to paint the part that is black and paint it white.
Whats involved? can i use a certain spray can? anybody have any info Would be great

daniel555, this is a silver vy calais i found yesterday. slightly different look but same principles...

rippen50, im no expert here, but this is what i've found works well
*clean up parts with wax and grease remover, gets rid of contaminents
*plastic primer and sandpaper. few coats may be needed to get it smooth and what not. try using wet and dry sandpaper as well.
*go down to your local crash repairers or paint supply store with your paint code and ask them to mix a pressure pack of your colour. spray on in light even coats, allowing it to dry with possibly very light sanding to smooth it over.
*couple light coats of clear coat to protect it

alternatively, you could take the pieces down to a crash repairer to have them done, but that'll be more expensive.
