from memory they are around between the diff and right rear wheel, in that general area. and they can be annoying to remove if ya dont have the little clip tool, but still possible without it.
just be careful and dont get a stream of fuel in the eye

yeah all you do is, push the connector towards the filter, push the 2 tabs on the connector in as far as you can and pull back hard, make sure you put the new filter in the right way
