Fuel gauge problem

Hi all
I have a problem were My fuel gauge is reading back to front like when the tank is full it says its empty, This is the 2nd gauge the old 1 was r Giving a reading 1 minute n the next it would drop to empty just suddenly so I got another speedo unit from a guy off Facebook out of his old vy that had it working perfect but doesn't in mine. Thanks in advance for any help

at the fuel tank end you got fuel sender issues

Dash cluster might need reprogramming if its a replacement.

Nope , vy have two different plugs pending whether series 1 or 2 and the wires are reversed.

Cut the wires and solder them on the opposing tail end.
