they are cheap crappy ebay jobbies.

genuine only have a projector low beam and reflector high.

So yeah if that's what you are after ebay is your friend.

Evoxenon Custom Headlights he does them for the VE. and not the crappy ones. he custom makes them using the projectors from the better European cars. did a nice HSV and came up looking great. he does other cars too... do a search for Evoxenon Custom Headlights
